UNBOUND 2.0 offline campus cohorts are strictly capped at 12 seats per batch to maintain 1-on-1 mentor code reviews.

• Seat reservations are confirmed upon application review and fee deposit completion.
• Applications containing false or fraudulent information may result in seat forfeiture.
• Batch deferrals are permitted up to 14 days prior to official cohort start date upon written request to admissions@nexians.in.

UNBOUND 2.0 includes a 13-month intensive schedule (12 months core engineering + 1 month 1-on-1 US interview mocks):

• Students must maintain 85%+ attendance and complete required production deployments.
• Direct recruiter interviews are facilitated through official international hiring partners (Replit, VectorShift, EfficusAI, Mercura).
• Detailed placement guarantee conditions and refund workflows are governed by your signed student contract executed at orientation.

We build real production engineers who ship original code:

• 100% Student IP: All code, repositories, and SaaS products you build remain 100% your intellectual property.
• Code of Conduct: Plagiarism or submitting un-reviewed automated code without understanding is prohibited.
• Community Standards: Zero tolerance for harassment or toxic behavior in Discord or campus grounds.

NEXIANS ACADEMY, curriculum materials, proprietary HR Terminal software, logos, and brand designs are protected trademarks owned by NEXIANS ACADEMY and crafted by Elix Studios. Unauthorized cloning, scraping, or commercial re-distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited by law.

All online course enrollment fees and cohort pricing are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Payment Gateway: All financial transactions on NEXIANS ACADEMY are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited).
• Accepted Payment Methods: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Netbanking, Unified Payments Interface (UPI), and approved Wallet instruments.
• Transaction Security: NEXIANS ACADEMY does not store or process your sensitive card numbers, CVVs, or Netbanking passwords on its servers.
• Failed Transactions: In case of money debited during a failed transaction, Razorpay will automatically reverse the funds to your issuing bank within 3 to 5 business days.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with NEXIANS ACADEMY (181-182, Sector A, Transport Nagar, Bhopal - 462022), course enrollments, or payment transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
