REFUND POLICY. 💳

We want every student to be satisfied with their learning journey. If you decide to cancel your course registration:

• Self-Paced & Live Online Courses: Refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase (or prior to 20% course material completion) are eligible for a 100% refund of course fees paid.
• UNBOUND Offline & Intensive Cohorts: Due to limited seat allocation (12 seats per batch), seat cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the official cohort orientation date.
• Batch deferral options are available free of charge if you need to pause and join the subsequent cohort.

Once your refund request is verified and approved by our admissions team:

• Refunds are issued exclusively back to the original payment instrument used during checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI, or Wallet via Razorpay).
• The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank's processing cycle.
• No cash or third-party bank transfers are initiated for security and audit compliance.

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

• Requests submitted after the 7-day post-purchase window or after cohort commencement.
• Violation of Nexians Academy Code of Conduct or academic integrity rules.
• Promotional discounts, special scholarship grants, or customized institutional seat reservations explicitly marked as non-refundable upon registration.

To initiate a cancellation and refund request, follow these steps:

1. Email our billing and support team at admissions@nexians.in.
2. Include your Full Name, Registered Email Address, Course Name, and Payment Receipt / Transaction ID.
3. Specify the reason for refund. Our team will process your request within 24 hours.
